Tender Submission

Tender Fee Receipt shall be sent to purchase@qafco.com.qa on the dates indicated in the tender document, after payment of Tender Fee (nonrefundable).

After submission of the above documents to the above email, Tender Document will be provided through an electronic platform separately after the last date of Tender Fee Receipt Submission Date.

For any queries related to non-receipt of the tender documents after the last date of Tender Fee Receipt Submission Date, you may contact at ‘purchase@qafco.com.qa’ or on 44227797.

Technical & Commercial details and Submission Procedures will be specified in the Tender Documents.

The Company will not consider any offer without the enclosure of the Tender Bond.

Bids shall be submitted on SAP ARIBA within working hours, of any working day of the Company, on/before the “Tender Closing Date”.
